Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach Residences is a condo-hotel project consisting of a 24 story building located just west of the Atlantic Ocean. It joins the existing Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort as part of an experience overseen by the respected Conrad Hilton brand and it includes a collection of hotel suites, Fort Lauderdale condos for sale and penthouse residences. Originally intended as a Trump project, the building is improving upon the existing features once intended for that building.
Those who own a residence at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach Residences also have the option of renting their home when it's not in use. Other amenities within and throughout the building include a gourmet market, a pool deck with lounge chairs, poolside restaurant and bar, a spa, a modern fitness center, various beach services and much more. Collectively, there are 223 units with 75 of these designated as residences. Private balconies, deluxe marble bathrooms and marble entry foyers are some of the features found within these units.
The miles of sunny sands may be a major feature of the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach Residences condo but you'll also find other notable places barely ten minutes from the building, including the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens and The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale which offers various shops. The Las Olas area is just south of the building.
