Closings began in December of 2019 at The NEW Residences by ARMANI CASA Condominium - a beachfront & oceanfront Cesar Pelli designed luxury condominium property in Sunny Isles, Miami Beach.

Pre-construction reservations and sales began in early 2015, with nearly 50% of available residences reserved as of early 2017. The Sunny Isles Armani CASA luxury condominium began vertical construction in early 2017, with completion in summer/fall 2019. Closings began first week of December 2019, with new residents able to move in at that time.

According to the developers (in 2019) - 270 of the 308 available Armani / CASA residences have been pre-sold. Gil Dezer of Dezer Development and Jorge Perez of the Related Group have created this luxury condominium development on a large 3.1 acre beachfront lot. With the collaboration with ARMANI CASA, the Residences by ARMANI CASA condominium project in Sunny Isles Beach has created an excitement throughout the area. The partners, is a "whos who" of the best in luxury oceanfront property developers, architectural design firms, and fashion designers.

This newest collaboration is creating a truly unique oceanfront Sunny Isles, Miami Beach luxury condominium development.
